Dr. Sandeep Burathoki has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Neuroradiology and Neuro-intervention. After obtaining graduation and post-graduation (MD Radiology) from the prestigious King George Medical University, he pursued sub-specialty training in Neuroimaging and Interventional Neuroradiology from SCTIMST, India.
He has further enhanced his competency by completing “European Course of Higher Qualification in Endovascular Interventional Neuroradiology” and obtaining trainings from various university hospitals across Europe including Odense University (Denmark), University Hospital Toulouse (France), Montpellier (France) and Essen (Germany).
Dr. Sandeep Burathoki previously served as Head of Interventional Neuroradiology at Neuro Spinal Hospital in Dubai from 2010 to 2020. Other notable positions include Co-Chair of Interventional Neuroradiology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh, India, from 2020 to 2021 and Associate Professor at the Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, India, from 2007 to 2010.
