The General Surgery department offers a full range of complex procedures including general and oncologic surgery, colorectal surgery, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, breast surgery, head and neck surgery, orthopaedic surgery, ophthalmic surgery, otolaryngology surgery and gynaecology surgery.
A full range of endoscopic, laparoscopic-diagnostic and therapeutic procedures is also offered including advanced laparoscopic surgery and other laparoscopic procedures such as cholecystectomy, fundoplication of hiatal hernia, colectomy, appendectomy, splenectomy, inguinal hernias repair, incisional and ventral hernia repair.
