Dr Graham Banfield has been a consultant ENT surgeon for 15 years. He trained in London with overseas fellowships in Head and Neck surgery in Cape Town, South Africa and Facial Plastic Surgery in Germany and Holland. As a consultant working in the UK, he led the head and neck cancer screening service for more than ten years and has extensive experience in salivary gland surgery.

He has extensive experience of balance, dizziness and vertigo disorders and have published research work in the field of vertigo disorders in the medical literature.

He holds a two-year full time post graduate research qualification in Allergic Rhinitis and Allergy from Imperial College, London and has managed large numbers of patients with nasal allergy. For many years he ran the facial plastic service at The Great Western Hospital, Swindon, UK, providing surgical care for patients with facial skin cancer and functional and cosmetic nasal conditions. He has participated in charitable ear surgery camps to Nepal and is an experienced head and neck trauma surgeon having completed surgical secondments to American level 1 trauma units in Iraq and Afghanistan.
