Dr. Neshteman completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery as well as her Masters in Pathology in Iraq and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of England. She has over 20 years of experience in the UK. Previously she was working as Consultant Hispathologist at Kettering General Hospital (KGH) UK where load of her work involved dissection, examination and reporting of a wide variety of specimens which also included biopsies from the breast, gyneacological, skin, GI, head and neck, endocrine and lymphorecticular system. Dr. Neshteman, during her tenure in Kettering, was a lead pathologist for breast cancer where she successfully led the implementation of synoptic reporting that improved diagnostic and prognostic criteria, and helped to improve treatment and management of the disease. She also led gynaecological cytology services where she did reporting for cervical cancer screening.
