Nadia graduated from the University of Western Cape in 2004, South Africa, and earned a Master’s degree in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 2013. She has experience working in both the public and private healthcare sectors in South Africa, as well as with first and second division premier league football teams. Additionally, she has lectured in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of the Witwatersrand. Her postgraduate training includes dry needling, instrumental assisted soft tissue mobilisation, mulligan techniques and reformer Pilates.
