Summary
I am a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience in assessing and managing a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions across primary and secondary care. I have a particular interest in sports and running related injuries, lower limb rehabilitation, women’s health, exercise rehabilitation and injury prevention. I utilise a range of evidence based treatment approaches, including acupuncture/dry needling, sports taping, manual therapy and progressive exercise rehabilitation. I have experience supporting women with musculoskeletal and women’s health presentations, alongside developing individualised rehabilitation programmes tailored to their specific needs and goals. I take a patient centred approach, with a strong focus on clinical reasoning, patient education and empowering individuals to self manage their condition. I am passionate about supporting patients to return to their desired level of activity, improving functional outcomes and delivering high quality, personalised rehabilitation.
