Start your journey with a Telemedicine Assessment Call

We now offer international patients the opportunity to begin their medical tourism journey with a remote Assessment Call conducted securely via the Mediclinic app, available on the App Store and Google Play. This call helps our clinical team understand your condition, review your medical history and determine your suitability for treatment in the UAE.

How the journey works

Submit your enquiry
You may contact Mediclinic directly or be referred through an agency, insurance partner or regulatory programme. Our team will confirm your request and gather your initial medical information.

Consent and call arrangement

A Mediclinic representative will provide the updated Telemedicine Consent Form and guide you through the requirements. You can arrange the call at a time that suits you using the Mediclinic app. If you do not have an Emirates ID or UAE PASS account, be sure to sign up using your email.

Telemedicine Assessment Call

Your Assessment Call takes place via the Mediclinic app or other secure MCME platforms. During this call, the participating doctor will review your medical history and discuss next steps. No prescriptions, diagnostic orders or treatment plans are issued during this call. It is strictly advisory and exploratory.

Travel and treatment planning

If you are considered suitable for further treatment:

  • Travel and accommodation arrangements are formalised
  • Your procedure is scheduled at a Mediclinic facility in the UAE

Treatment and post-procedure care in the UAE

All procedures and immediate post-surgical aftercare occur in person at Mediclinic facilities before you are discharged and declared fit to travel.
