- Summary
- I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Graded Honours) from the University of Newcastle, Australia and have over three and a half years of clinical experience across private musculoskeletal practice, acute hospital care, and community rehabilitation. My clinical experience has enabled me to work with patients of all ages, from adolescents to older adults, managing a wide range of acute, chronic, and complex conditions using evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches.
I am trained in dry needling, the Mulligan Concept, shockwave therapy, taping techniques, and clinical Pilates, incorporating these treatment modalities where appropriate to provide comprehensive, individualised rehabilitation programmes.
In addition to private practice, I have worked in an acute hospital setting, treating patients in orthopaedic surgical and intensive care units. My experience as a community physiotherapist providing in-home rehabilitation further strengthened my ability to manage neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, and complex geriatric conditions while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.
I am passionate about empowering patients through education, movement, and evidence-based rehabilitation. By tailoring treatment plans to each individual's goals, I strive to help every patient reduce pain, restore function and mobility, and improve their overall quality of life while supporting them throughout every stage of their recovery.
