As a former U17 Welsh Netball International with a background in athletics, swimming, and hockey, Holly has a strong personal interest in athlete development and performance culture, drawing on her own competitive experience to understand the physical and mental demands of sport.
She’s particularly interested in return to play rehabilitation both the physical and psychological sides of getting athletes back safely and sustainably as well as proactive injury prevention and movement optimisation.
Beyond sport, she has an interest in complex and long term rehabilitation, including neurological conditions, and in multidisciplinary, integrated models of care. Having been in private and public practice, she also retains an interest in service development and building patient centred services.

Holly Cooper is a Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience across the UK and UAE. Since qualifying from the University of Brighton in 2011, she has worked across private healthcare, elite sport, and complex rehabilitation settings, most recently within a high performance sports injury clinic in Abu Dhabi.
Her practice is grounded in evidence based assessment and rehabilitation, from acute sports injuries through to complex and post surgical conditions.
Holly is HCPC registered, CSP and AACP accredited, and HAAD licensed in the UAE. A former U17 Welsh Netball International, she combines strong clinical expertise with a first hand understanding of athletic performance and injury, and is now relocating to Dubai to bring this experience to a senior physiotherapy role.
