Dr. Bipasha Mukherjee is a Consultant in Ophthalmology services at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital. She specialises in diseases of the orbit and adnexa including tumours, lacrimal surgery, cosmetic rehabilitation and reconstruction of anophthalmic socket, management of orbital and adnexal injuries.

Prior to joining Mediclinic, Dr. Mukherjee headed the Orbit, Oculoplasty, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Services at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai, since 2009. Dr. Bipasha has also pursued advanced clinical observerships at leading global institutions, including Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA, etc.

An accomplished academic, Dr. Bipasha has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and contributed to several book chapters. She is the principal editor of the Handbook on Emergencies of the Orbit & Adnexa (Springer), co-edited with Dr. Hunter Yuen. She serves on the editorial board of the Indian Journal of Ophthalmology and is a reviewer for several leading journals, including Orbit, OPRS, BMJ, BJO, and the American Journal of Ophthalmology.
