The social media post has not been published by Mediclinic. Mediclinic advises that people do not engage with the survey or respond. Mona is an experienced clinical dietician who has worked in a hospital setting for more than 10 years.
She graduated from the Saint Joseph University Beirut, Lebanon in 2008 with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. She worked afterwards in a John’s Hopkins affiliated hospital in Lebanon, then moved to Dubai to join Mediclinic City Hospital> She now works at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital. Mona deals with patients of all age groups, from children to the elderly, requiring professional nutritional therapy. Mona participates in community work such as wellness campaigns and school activities, as well as being a speaker in in group panels and in the media to promote healthy eating. In 2018, she was a lecturer at the Mohamed bin Rashid University. Mona has enrolled in special training for renal conditions, enteral and parenteral in critically ill, bariatric, paediatrics, obesity and gastrointestinal. She keeps updated with quality issues in the healthcare industry, as well as accreditation and food safety updates.
