Summary
Jack is a British trained Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Essex in 2016. Prior to this, he obtained a BSc in Sports Therapy in 2013. Since graduating, he has specialized in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He has worked across a multitude of settings including the National Health Service (NHS, UK), private practice and sports team. Jack moved to the UAE in 2021, working in a local physiotherapy clinic and with a local rugby team before joining Mediclinic in 2024.

He specializes in all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy including upper limb, lower limb and spinal conditions. His treatments have a strong component of exercise & rehabilitation as well as incorporating manual therapy and deep dry needling. He treats a variety of conditions including tendinopathies, ligament injuries, rotator cuff pain and both acute and chronic spinal pain including neck and lower back. He has a keen personal interest in hybrid training including rugby, triathlon and strength training.

Jack is DHA registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP, UK) and Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
