Dr Murtaza Khan is a UK-trained consultant dermatologist with expertise in a broad range of skin disorders. He attained MRCP (Dermatology) from the Royal College of Physicians and worked as a consultant in various hospitals in the United Kingdom. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer and offers clinical assessment, surgical treatment and wide local excision of skin lesions. He sees adults and children for the management of all types of skin diseases including inflammatory conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne, skin infections such as tinea and viral warts, autoimmune conditions such as lupus, and lumps such as cysts and lipomas. He holds a diploma in aesthetic medicine, a diploma in lasers and IPL treatments and offers cosmetic treatments including fillers, Botox, chemical peels, platelet rich plasma (PRP) and lasers.
Dr. Khan has published many articles in leading Dermatology journals, written chapters for Dermatology textbooks and has presented at international conferences.
