Appointment Booking and Management on The Mediclinic App

With the Mediclinic App, you can search by specialty, location or doctor name and complete your appointment booking in seconds - no phone calls, no waiting in line.

Whether you’re booking a routine check-up or a follow-up visit, the app makes managing healthcare quick and flexible. Professionals can plan around busy schedules, parents can coordinate family appointments, and everyone can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing their care is organised.
Booking an appointment:
- On the home screen, choose the type of appointment (in facility, video or phone).
- Select who the appointment is for (yourself or a family member).
- Search for the specialty you need and the Mediclinic facility.
- Select the doctor and pick a date and time.
- Choose your mode of payment.
- Confirm your booking.
- Add the appointment to your calendar so you don’t miss it.
Your appointment booking process through the Mediclinic App is designed for convenience and security, allowing you to manage upcoming visits, view confirmations, and track important details anytime, anywhere.
Rescheduling an appointment:
- From the home screen, tap the “Details” button.
- Click “Reschedule Appointment”.
- A pop-up box will appear asking if you really want to reschedule. Tap “Yes” to continue.
- Choose the new date and time you prefer.
- After selecting the new date and time, click “Continue”.
Cancelling an appointment:
- From the home screen, tap the “Details” button or navigate to “Medical Records”.
- Then access “Appointments” to manage the booked appointments.
- Click “Cancel Appointment”.
- A pop-up box will appear asking if you really want to cancel.
- Tap “Yes” to confirm.
Booking a referral appointment:
If you have received a referral, you can book an appointment directly from the app.
- From the home screen, locate your referral.
- Tap “Book Appointment” to begin.
- Follow the next screens, which will be similar to booking a regular appointment.
- To view more information about the referral, tap the “Details” button.
Booking a video appointment:
- On the home screen, choose “Video Appointment”.
- Choose whether the appointment is for yourself or a family member.
- Tap on “Continue”.
- Continue by following the same steps as booking an in-facility appointment.
Joining a video appointment:
You can join video appointments directly from the Mediclinic app.
- You will receive a push notification when a video call request is initiated.
- Tap the notification banner to log in to the Mediclinic App.
- Select “Join Appointment” from the appointment event on the home page to instantly join the call.
