Summary
Sarah qualified in 2015 from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. She practised for five years in South Africa prior to moving to the UAE.

She has a special interest in upper limb and hand conditions and has worked predominantly with these cases in the paediatric field.

She works on the conservative and post-surgical rehabilitation of the following congenital and acquired hand and upper limb conditions:
Radial dysplasia
Amniotic band syndrome
Syndactyly release
Polydactyly
Camptodactyly
Arthrogryposis
Finger fractures
Peripheral nerve conditions (radial and medial nerve palsy)
Brachial plexus injuries (Erb’s palsy)
Burns (thermal, electrical and friction)
Scar management
Cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions requiring upper limb splinting for muscle tone management
Other congenital conditions which require splinting as part of management for positioning and prevention of further secondary complications/ deformities developing
Serial soft cast fabrication post Botox/ pre surgical releases
