Dr. Eid completed Paediatric residency and Paediatric Nephrology fellowship programmes in the United States of America. He is certified from both the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Pediatric Nephrology.

In addition to his work at Mediclinic City Hospital, he works in the paediatric nephrology department in Dubai Hospital as Division Chief and Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist. He is serving as Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Dubai Medical College and Mohammad Bin Rashid University. He has also chaired the Emirates Pediatric Nephrology Society since 2017.

Dr. Loai Eid has vast experience of over 15 years in managing acute and chronic kidney diseases in the inpatient and outpatient setting. He has initiated all forms of renal replacement therapy in critically ill patients at PICU.

He has published articles in well-known International journals. He has participated in several national and international conferences with presentations. He is actively involved in clinical research projects nationally and internationally.
