Over the last year we have been continuously collecting your feedback and acting upon it to make changes to the Virtual Staff Clinic. We would now like to supplement this feedback with additional focus group workshops which will allow us to focus on specific types of patient journeys and how they can be improved.
We understand that some patient journeys are simple, but we also know that there are some of you who have complex medical conditions which need regular check-ups and tests, or medication prescriptions, or the journey pathway for your particular condition was not straightforward.
We would like to sit with you in person to understand your patient journey, and the pain points/obstacles you faced. We would also like to work with you to find solutions within the guidelines of the Virtual staff Clinic to make your patient journey, and those of other members of staff who face the same issues, better.
We will hold four patient experience workshops during June:
30 May: Dubai
6 June: Abu Dhabi
13 June: Al Ain
20 June: Virtual workshop over a video-call
