Our Approach to Care
- Comprehensive Assessment: We begin with a confidential evaluation to better understand your emotional health, stressors, and goals for support.
- Individualised Treatment Plans: Care plans may include short-term counseling, coping strategies, referrals for psychiatric evaluation (if needed) and collaborative support from our Obstetrics and Paediatric teams.
- Emotional Support and Education: We provide practical tools to manage mood changes, anxiety, sleep disruption and stress, while helping normalise the emotional transitions of new parenthood.
