You will receive an invite on the email address you have registered with Mediclinic.  Follow the simple instructions to complete your registration and activate your account.  Please note that MyMediclinic is best viewed using Chrome, Firefox/Mozilla, Safari or Edge browsers.

Activation must be done within 120 hours of receiving the invite.  If you do not receive your invite or if the activation code expires please call the support team on 800 2022, however you should check your spam folder first.

What can I do on MyMediclinic?

Use MyMediclinic to:

Access your health records, including previous medical appointments, diagnosis and medications, and email them to a recipient of your choice

Keep track of your health data and vital signs recorded at previous appointments

View all laboratory and radiology test results (please note – it is only possible to download summary results)*

Access MyMediclinic 24/7 for online appointment booking and telemedicine appointments

*Laboratory and Radiology results will be available on the portal after 72 hours.  PCR results for Covid-19 are not available via the portal at this stage. If you do not receive your results via SMS and email, these need to be requested via the contact centre.

Is my information secure?

Unless you choose to email your health records to another person using the ‘Share my Records’ function, your information remains completely confidential and can be accessed only by you using your chosen secure login details.  Do not divulge this login information to anyone else.
