We are writing to share an important update regarding the future of your care at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital.
As part of our commitment to delivering world-class healthcare, Mediclinic is consolidating Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital into an expanded Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, creating a fully integrated medical campus in Abu Dhabi. This consolidation is designed to provide even higher standards of clinical excellence and patient experience.
Over the coming months, services currently offered at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital will gradually transition to Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital. Once the transition is complete, the Mediclinic Al Noor site will be decommissioned.
While we are committed to enhancing the care environment through this transition, we fully recognise that it may have varying impacts on our patients. Based on the current insurance coverage available at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, and the details of your policy as per your most recent visit, we regret to inform you that your current insurance plan will no longer be accepted at the new location.
We recognise that this may be disappointing news, and we want to assure you that this decision was not taken lightly. We deeply value the trust you have placed in us and are committed to supporting you during this transition. A member of your care team will speak to you to discuss the transfer of your care to another provider.
