Who is eligible?

Exclusively through the Virtual Clinic, Eli Lilly and Company employees covered under the MetLife plan who meet the following clinical criteria may be eligible for supported pharmacological weight-loss management:

  • BMI ≥ 30 kg/m² without comorbidities
  • BMI ≥ 27 kg/m² with obesity-related comorbidities such as hypertension, dyslipidaemia, sleep apnoea or prediabetes

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

The programme supports clinically appropriate pharmacological management using approved GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonists such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, with physician-led monitoring and structured dose escalation protocols. A structured Week 16 clinical review is included to assess progress and response to therapy. Patients who do not achieve the minimum clinical response target may require reassessment or discontinuation of therapy and explore alternatives based on clinical guidelines.
