The sports medicine department treats all basic and advanced orthopaedic problems and offers surgical services where required. This is backed by a modern physio-rehab facility managed by a team of physiotherapy specialists.

The physiotherapy service provides identification, prevention and rehabilitation of acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain, with an emphasis on movement dysfunction.

Antenatal Classes

A specially designed exercise programme during pregnancy, which, if properly practised, can help to prevent complications such as backache after delivery.

Postnatal Classes

The postnatal exercise programme helps mothers to get back into shape by strengthening the muscles which have been stretched during pregnancy and childbirth or correct the body posture.

Sports Medicine Clinic

After arthroscopy (keyhole surgery) for the knees , including meniscectomies and ACL reconstruction, expert physiotherapy guidance and exercise programmes help the patient to recover quickly.
