Mediclinic City Hospital and Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital run a breast cancer support group which is aimed at supporting and educating women who have completed their initial care and are now coping with maintenance treatment and survivorship.
The support group takes place in a comfortable setting with different speakers that work on inspiring the participants to overcome any challenging they are facing, whilst allowing the opportunity to share stories and enjoy some refreshments.
It is an evolving group run by professionals and survivors to support women through this phase in life.
